Our clergy and our Pastoral Team volunteers respond to the needs of parish members who cannot physically come to worship in our space. They visit parish members at home, in hospitals, seniors’ residences, and long term care facilities among others, often taking communion to them. This ministry proceeds quietly and without fanfare, but provides countless moments of healing and grace.
